In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
TAYLOR, Fred - 162 Brookside Ave., New Glasgow, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2004, at home following a lengthy illness. Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of the late Ralph and Hazel (Robertson) Taylor. He was a veteran of the Second World War, having served at sea as a member of the R.C.N.V.R. He is survived by his wife, Sue (MacDonald), and her sister, Pat; brother, Wilkie (Esther), New Glasgow; two nephews and one niece; brother-in-law, Dan F. (Mary Jane) MacDonald, Cape Breton. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation by request. A private committal service will be held at a later date. Donations in Fred's memory may be made to the Victorian Order of Nurses, Pictou County Branch or Aberdeen Palliative Care Society. Arrangements are under the direction of R.H.
