In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
Clarke Todd was 18 years old and serving in the RCNVR in HMCS BRANDON when his brother James Warner Todd, O/Coder, RCNVR was killed when his ship HMCS WINDFLOWER was rammed and sunk while in convoy off the Grand Banks of Newfoundland on 07 Dec 1941.
