MOXAM, Robert Francis (Frank) - passed away suddenly on October 26,2003. Leaves to mourn his loss is his loving wife Betty of 30 years. Children, June (Bob), Carolyn (Lynwood), Chris (Nicola), granddaughters Roberta, Caitlin and grandson Nicholas. Frank retired from the navy in 1969, after 30 years of service as a Lieutenant Commander and was an avid member of the Victoria Power and Sail Squadron. Frank and Betty spent many evenings together surrounded by Dixie Land Jazz, and enjoyed manycruises with other Jazz enthusiasts. Frank will always be remembered for his sense of humor, commitment and his devotion to family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 01, 2003 at 2:00 PM. at First Memorial Funeral Chapel 1155 Fort Street. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Canadian Diabetes Association in Frank's memory. (Victoria Times Colonist 29 Oct 2003)
