MORGAN Henry Cecil (Cec) - Born in Vancouver, June 10, 1920, passed away November 16, 2003 in Dainard Pavilion at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Cecil is survived by his loving family, wife Evelyn of 56 years; daughters Carol (Ken) and Pamela (Ron); son Jim (Mei) and 6 grandchildren. Cecil served 25 years in the Royal Canadian Navy, followed by 19 years with the T.D. Bank. Many thanks to the kind staff at Dainard. No service at his request.
