Died: 22 Apr 2022, Prince Edward Island

 

GRAVELINE, Gilles Joseph Paul - The death occurred peacefully with his fiancée Noëlla by his side, at the O'Leary Community Hospital, O'Leary on Friday, April 22, 2022, of Gilles Joseph Paul Graveline of Mont-Carmel formerly of New Waterford, NS and Fort Coulonge, Quebec, at the age of 61. Born March 13, 1961, he was the son of the late Emery Graveline and the late Joan Mousseau of Fort Coulonge, Quebec.

 

Gilles is survived by his son Eric Graveline and his daughter Élise Graveline of Cape Breton. He will be fondly remembered by his sisters Lucette (Raymond), Hélène and Anne (Pierre), half sister Vanessa, his fiancée Noella Arsenault and her family, by granddaughters Kylila and Luna, Godson Jamie Graveline, aunt Lise Graveline, uncle Fernand Graveline and by numerous cousins.

 

Predeceased by his grandparents and some aunts and uncles.

 

Gilles served in the Navy with the Canadian Armed Forces. He was an avid bowler, dart player and pool player.

 

By personal request, there will be no visiting hours and no funeral service.

 

Donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 17, Wellington, will be greatly appreciated.
