ROBERTSON, Harold James (Bud) - Surrounded by his family, Bud passed away peacefully, at St. Mary's Hospital on Sunday March 9, 2014 in his 90th year. Husband of Louise (Ward) Robertson for 68 years. Father of Patricia Hock (Paul), Dave Robertson (Janice), Jim Robertson (Dianne) and Janet Stretton (Glenn). Grandpa to Alicia (Lee) Piccoli, Gregory Robertson, Jonathan Hock, Nicole and Daniel Stretton. Great-Grandpa to Ava Piccoli. Predeceased by parents George and Martha of Cambridge (Preston), brother Bill and sisters Betty Patterson, Hilda MacPherson and Doris McIver. Bud retired as plant manager of George Cluthe Manufacturing in 1990 after 44 years of dedicated service. Served in the RCNVR 1943 - 1945 and in HMCS MAGOG. Bud's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St. Kitchener (519-749-8467) on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8pm. The Funeral Service for Bud will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 12 noon. Private family interment Woodland Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Mary's Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
