MacDONALD, Neil John - It is with sadness the family announces the passing away of Neil MacDonald, Friday, May 13, 2022 at the Hamilton General Hospital. Survived by wife Joan, daughter Angela (Mark Sullivan), son Paul (Sandra), grandsons Mark Sullivan and Shaun MacDonald. Neil served 20 years in the Canadian Navy, 26 years at Dofasco, and worked alongside his wife Joan, as superintendents for Effort Trust for 30 plus years. He will deeply missed by family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service in June 2023, Cape Breton. Published by The Hamilton Spectator on May 19, 2022.
