ANDERSON, James Harold (Jim) - It is with heavy hearts that the families of James (Jim) Anderson announce his passing suddenly after a brief illness. Loving husband and best friend to Heather Keyzers, adoring father to Jake Anderson and stepchildren Trinity and Liam. Survived by his mother Diane Augustus, siblings Joanne (Frank) Burghardt, Mike (Carol) Anderson, Brenda (Archie) Walker and Jillian Anderson. Predeceased by his father Frank Anderson. With the biggest smile and the loudest laugh Jim loved to spend time riding his motorcycle with all his Booze Fighters' brothers, especially his good friend David Miles. He loved to golf and spend time with his long time friend Scott Rekker and was exceptionally honoured and proud of his years of service within the Navy. We would like to thank all the doctors and nurses from Toronto General Hospital for the great care that he received while he was there. Thank you to all the family and friends who, without hesitation, took action to support Jim through organ donation. We are forever grateful. A Celebration of Jim's life will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at the Courtice Community Complex, 2950 Courtice Road. Visitation will be held from 1 - 3 pm, followed by a service at 3 p.m. For the safety of all in attendance, please consider wearing a mask. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to The Canadian Liver Foundation or Toronto General Hospital (University Health Network).
