In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
HOWARD, Bruce John David - Peacefully, Bruce passed away in his 96th year. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 73 years, Georgina, his children John and Patricia and his grandchildren. Predeceased by parents David and Mary and his son, Christopher. He will be missed by many more family and friends. Bruce was a veteran of WWII serving with the 31st Mine Sweeping Flotilla, HMCS Milltown. He eventually met and married Georgina. They settled in Ancaster where he was a long-time resident. Bruce was a charter member and past president of the Optimist Club of Ancaster. A funeral service will be held at ST. ANN'S PARISH, 11 Wilson Street, Ancaster, on Thursday, February 24th at 2pm.
