LEVAC, Clarence - age 83, of Lake Loon, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his wife and daughters on December 26, 2021.

Clarence joined the Royal Canadian Navy in 1955 and spent most of his career as a Marine Engineer on ships based out of Halifax. He retired as Chief Petty Officer 1st class in 1984. After retiring, he and Mary moved to Upton, Quebec and spent their winters in Florida where they enjoyed a very active social life. Clarence was President of the Condo Association and became the handy man many neighbours relied on. There was very little that he could not fix. A few years later, he realized a life long dream and moved to the beautiful Magdalen Islands, where he enjoyed fishing, golfing and spending time with his family and friends on the beaches.

Clarence was a loving husband and father, and a kind and generous friend to all those who knew him. Clarence loved all animals especially his little dog Becky. He will be greatly missed by all.

Cremation has already taken place. A celebration of life and interment will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia
