In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
SIVERTSEN, Per D. - Passed away peacefully the day before his 88th birthday with his wife, daughter and granddaughter at his side. Predeceased by his parents, Peder and Danielle, and his sisters, Edel and Randi. Survived by his wife, Fay, children, Peter (Jean) and Wendy (Rhys), grandchildren, David, Hilary and Owen, and great-grandchildren, Ayame, Gen, Elaina and Ophelia.
A memorial service was held at First Memorial July 11th, 2015. The family wishes to thank the caring staff at Broadmead Lodge and VGH 5th and 6th floors. If desired, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. (Victoria Times Colonist 15 Jul 2015)
