In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
YARN, Albert - 61, of Boutilier's Point, died Wednesday in Victoria General Hospital, Halifax. Born in Mose Ambrose, Nfld., he was a son of the late William and Mary (Scott) Yarn. He served with the Royal Canadian Reserve overseas during World War Two and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Seabright. He was retired from Dartmouth Marine Slip. Surviving are his wife, the former Margaret F. Noiles, three sons, Albert, Berwick; William, Truro; Douglas, Halifax; a daughter, Mary (Mrs. Roy Boutilier), Black Point; five sisters, Olive (Mrs. Robert Petite), Halifax; Rita (Mrs. Hubert Rogers), Mrs. Pricillia Chayton, Annabelle (Mrs. Lloyd Staples), and Effie (Mrs. Roy Scott), all of Newfoundland. He was predeceased by a son, Gordon Louis. The body is at the Ronald J. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. Funeral service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in St. James Anglican Church, Boutilier's Point, Rev.
