ISNOR, Charles Robert - 74, Halifax, died June 30, 1995, in Veterans Memorial Building, Camp Hill Medical Centre. Born in Dartmouth, he was a son of the late George and Lillian (Myra) Isnor. He was a member of St. Matthias Anglican Church, Halifax and a stationary engineer at HMC Dockyard for a number of years. He served in the Royal Canadian Navy during the Second World War. He was a member of Athole Masonic Lodge as a past patron of the Halifax chapter no. 7 and Emerald chapter 58, Order of the Eastern Star. Surviving are his wife, the former Anna Ruth (Kitty) Raine; daughter, Brenda Landry; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Nicole, Windsor, Hants Co.; sister, Blanche Alexander, Lunenburg Co.; brother, Harold, Barrie, Ont.; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, George, Gordon; sister, Lillian. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Sunday, masonic lodge service 7 p.m. Sunday, Eastern Star service 7:30 p.m. Sunday, all in Snow's Funeral Home, Windsor Street. Funeral 2 p.m. Monday in St. Matthias Anglican Church, Rev. William Dye officiating, assisted by Rev. Edwin Ebsary. Cremation to follow.
