FOWLER, Jim - Born in Bell Island, Newfoundland, Jim is remembered in the east coast surface fleet as the RCN's welter-weight boxing champ in the late 50's early 60s when boxing was supported by the Navies of the free world. He later worked in Ottawa in support of Naval Equipment.
