MacPHERSON, Alexander Donald (Alex) - passed away peacefully December 29, 2006. Predeceased by his wife of 39 years, Hughina, in 1999 and his daughter, Sheila in 1971. Survived by son, Neil (Patricia); grandchildren Sheila, James and Scott. Alex was born in Vancouver October 30, 1922. During his life Alex served in the RCN. He later worked at Vancouver City Hall. Memorial to be held on January 10, 2007 2:00 P.M. at First Memorial, 1155 Fort Street. (Vancouver Sun / The Province 05 Jan 2007)
