In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
RAINKA, Gerald Dennis - After a valiant fight, through which he remained positive and full of hope, Dennis went to his Heavenly home on Sunday, February 7th at the age of 74. Left to remember him; Carol, his wife of 52 years, beloved daughters Christie (Curtis) Masters & Sandy (Marvin) Taylor, cherished grandchildren Jared, Lauren, Kirsten & Joshua, a large extended family and many friends. Dennis grew up in Manitoba. At the age of 17 joined the navy & moved to Victoria BC, where he met Carol, the love of his life for 55 years. Dennis treasured his church, his family, his garden, the breakwater and to travel. The family would like to say a special thank you to; the Let's Connect group, his three Amigos, Family Chatter, condo community, 5N, 6N & Hospice staff and all the friends & family that supported and prayed for Dennis & his family.
