WILSON, Robert John (Tug) - was a retired Chief ERA and a proud veteran of the Korean War serving the Royal Canadian Navy for 30 years. Member of RCL Calais Branch #162. Dad held many jobs over the years in many places, Iron Ore Company in Labrador City, Irving Shipyards, Shelburne Marine's, and even a police officer for a few years. He was a very special charming man who liked to socialize and lend a helping hand. Always puttering in the garage taking things apart and fixing them up, with a pet dog nearby. He loved to garden and tinker about. Predeceased by his loving wife and mother Patsy (Nicholson) and companion Cecila Cochrane. Leaving behind 3 sons, Fred (Holly), Middle Musquodoboit, Gary (Susan), Eastern Passage, Garth, Toronto and Daughter Gail, Halifax. Grandchildren Mikaela, Tiffany, Katie and Danny. Thanks to everyone from the QEII Camp Hill Veterans Memorial Hospital. A wonderful establishment where many friends will remember Tug he was well taken care of and enjoyed his stay.
