BONNEY, Charles Frederick - Peacefully, at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, April 13, 2014, in his 91st year. Predeceased by his wife Freda (2001) and granddaughter Stacey (1979). Loving father of Judy Loughead and her husband Dave. Much loved grandfather of Scott and Stephanie and great-grandchildren Samantha and Nathan. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Elizabeth Bonney and by sisters Evelyn Reese, Hilda Gibbons and Violet Holmes. Veteran of WWII (Navy). Retired employee of Screen Print where he worked over 30 years. He enjoyed golf, wood carving, lawn bowling and curling. Thank you to Brierwood Retirement Lodge staff for the past 3 years. At Charlie's request cremation has taken place and there will be no formal services. Arrangements entrusted to McCleister Funeral Home , 495 Park Rd. N. 519-758-1553. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brantford General Hospital Palliative Care Unit or Stedman Community Hospice gratefully appreciated.
