Died: 04 May 2020, North Battleford, Saskatchewan

 

GREEN, Ross - In Loving Memory of Ross Green, late of Battleford, SK. Ross was born April 18th, 1922 and passed away peacefully on May 4th, 2020. Ross was a loving father, grandpa and uncle. Ross was a hardworking businessman and well known and respected by many. Ross was in the Navy and a proud Veteran. “Walk softly – carry a big Stick” was a phrase well known to all who knew him. A celebration of Ross’s life will be held at a later date (summer-fall) and information will be updated on Battlefordsnow and published in the News Optimist when final arrangements are confirmed. Battleford Royal Canadian branch #9 will pay special tribute at the Memorial Service. Donations in Ross’s memory can be made to the Humane Society or to the Battleford Union Hospital Foundation. We the Family would like to specially thank Battleford Home Care, Battleford Union Hospital ER and WD3 staff for their gentle and professional care to Dad. “Love you Dad”.
