In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
WHITE, John Christopher Jr. - The family of John sadly announces his passing due to heart problems on May 1, 2020. Born in Ketch Harbour on August 22, 1961 he was a son of the late John Sr. and Ruth (Saunders) White. He will be remembered by his soulmate, Liz Fleming; siblings, Marilyn MacDonald, Kenneth White (Donna), Audrey Bates (Bob), Mary Wiles (Wade) and many nieces and nephews; stepsons, Gary, Wade (Tara), and Ryan Bellefontaine; as well as by his pride and joy grandchildren, Thomas and Izzy Bellefontaine and all the Fleming Clan. He served in the Royal Canadian Navy from 1986-2006 as a cook. His special dishes are sure going to be missed at family gathering. He will also be missed by his special pet "Daddy's Boy" Gizmo. There will be no service at this time. Donations in his memory may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada. (Halifax Chronicle-Herald 08 May 2020)
