BELL, Dean - Son of George and Dora (Payne) Bell, and husband of Eloise Lorraine Steele Died 31 May 2000 at the age of 74 At the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville NS. The ashes of Dean Bell and his wife Eloise (née Pelton) Bell were scattered at Scotts Bay, NS.
