NICE, Lawrence Raymond - The death of Lawrence R. Nice occurred suddenly at his home, 137 Morris Street, Wednesday night. Born in Saint John, the deceased was 45 years of age. During the last war, he served in the Royal Canadian Navy as a chief petty officer. He is survived by his widow, one son, Robert; and one daughter, Nadine. Funeral services will be held at the Halifax Funeral Home Saturday at 11 a.m. with Rev. D. A. Conrad officiating. Interment will be in Camp Hill cemetery.
