Luther Henry Walters

 

Petty Officer, Yeoman of Signals, P.O./J. 1829, Royal Navy

 

Born: 22 May 1892, Southsea, Portsmouth, England

 

Died: date of passing unknown

 

Luther Walters and his brother Jim both joined the RN as Boy Signalmen. Luther Joined 22 May 19190. He served through WW1 as a Leading Signalman being promoted to Yeoman of Signals (Petty Officer rank) in 1925. Luther was loaned to the RCN Mar 1929 to Mar 1939 (RCN service number 60838) and served in Esquimalt, BC.
