WILLIAMS, Reginald D. - 48, Halifax, died September 5, 1992, at home. Born in Niagara Falls, Ont., he was a son of Clara Williams, Picton, Ont., and the late Reginald G. Williams. He served in the Royal Canadian Navy for 29 years. He is survived by his wife, the former Hazel George; four sons, Robert, CFB Greenwood; Lorrell, Germany; Gary, Dartmouth; Sean, at home; four grandchildren; brother, Richard C., Gloucester, Ont.; a niece. The body has been cremated. A memorial service will be 7 p.m. Thursday in Shannon Park Anglican Church, Dartmouth, Padre Baxter Parks officiating. Burial will be in Picton, Ont.
