Died: 29 Oct 2018, Victoria, British Columbia

 

CLEMENS, James A. - Passed away quietly at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. He will be missed by his son Mike and his friends at Maude's. Jim requests no service and no flowers. Donations can be made to the RCN Benevolent Fund.
