L/Tel Koellmel's bio from HMCS Vancouver's Communication branch photo:  W.J. Koellmel, Leading Telegraphist, RCNVR - Born at Regina in July, 1921, and joined the Service there in 1941. Before enlisting in the RCNVR he says he is the most skilled "Plow Jockey" in Saskatchewan. We think he still needs that plow.
