WILKINSON, John R. (Jack) - Born in Guelph, Ontario, 1926, passed peacefully December 23, 2013. Survived by wife (Jean) of 64 years, three sons Dan (Arlene), Tim (Kathy), John (Laine), nine grand-children and brother, Lloyd. Pre-deceased by sisters Muriel and Dorothy. Sailed with the R.C.N. last year of war. Retired 1983 after serving 37 years with the Guelph Police earning the rank of Staff Sergeant. No funeral by request. Donations appreciated at SPCA in his memory and love of dogs. (Guelph Mercury 04 Jan 2014)
