Warren Clifford Boutilier was born in Moncton, NB to Ainslie Mark and Ada M. (née Mullins) Boutilier. According to the obituary of his brother Nelson Hayes Boutilier, who died 19 May 1944, Clifford was serving in the RCN during WW2.
