GOYETCHE, Delore J. - 68, of 31 Idlewilde Road, Armdale, died Tuesday in Camp Hill Hospital. Born in Arichat, he was a son of the late Arthur and Melinda (DeCoste) Goyetche. He was a retired longshoreman and served in the navy during the Second World War. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Scotia branch No. 25. Surviving besides his wife, the former Clarisse Fourgere, are a son Glenn, Harrietsfield; three daughters, Faye (Mrs. Philip MacAvoy), Halifax; Annette (Mrs. Lance Allen), Harrietsfield, and Deayse, at home; three brothers, Wilfred, Dartmouth; Arthur, Sydney, and Godfrey, in Massachusetts; two sisters, Ida (Mrs. Raymond Stone), Arichat, and Louise Connolly, Dartmouth; six grandchildren. The body is in Cruikshank's Funeral home, Robie Street, Halifax. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday in St. John the Baptist Church, Armdale, Rev. William Pepper officiating, with burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart foundation.
