We, the friends and unofficial family of Tom "TC" Fells, are sad to announce his passing. Originally from Yarmouth, Tom served in the military for a number of years before retiring to Halifax. Tom was an extremely generous man who went to great lengths to feed, clothe, and entertain his many friends in the city. Tom, along with his tall tales, baked goods, and endless supply of treats will be missed, especially by his dear friends at Atlantic News and Bearly's House of Blues, where he spent much of his days. A memorial for Tom will be held at 1269 Barrington Street this Tuesday, March 26th at 7:30 p.m.
