In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
BREVIG, Arthur Magnus - April 22, 1921 January 25, 2008 Mr. Arthur Brevig of Stony Plain, Alberta passed away at the age of 86 years. Art will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 62 years Isabel; his 2 sons Daniel & Robert, 1 granddaughter Kathy Brevig, his 3 sisters Clara, Thelma and Lida and numerous nieces and nephews as well as many friends. He was predeceased by his sister Emma and 2 brothers Lenhard and Ingolf. Art's career was with the Royal Canadian Navy and he served in the Second World War and the Korean War. He also farmed in Alberta after retiring from the Navy. He enjoyed travelling and visiting relatives and friends. At Art's request a private family service will be held at a later date.
