Paid off: 1945

Fate: Unknown - still registered in 2013

 

RCMP Captor was built for the RCMP Marine Section and accepted in 1936. She was turned over to the RCN in 1939 and became HMCS CAPTOR from 1939 - 1942 then renamed HMC HC37. In Jul of 1940 she was listed as an examination vessel. She was declared surplus and turned over to CADC on 14 August 1945. She was still registered in 2013. 1
